Lead UX Designer, Design Systems

I lead design across the most critical areas of the Workday Platform, ensuring efficient implementation of cross-functional solutions that meet business objectives while delivering meaningful end-user value.

Partnering with Engineering and Product functions to identify and address system-level challenges and opportunities for improvement; focusing on creating accessible, scalable experiences across Workday’s complex product suite.
