In collaboration with our Developer Advocate, I spearheaded a transformation of the release process to enhance team collaboration and drive greater Design System adoption. By implementing strategic changes, we fostered improved communication, structured workflows, and engaging cross-functional demos. This initiative not only streamlined our releases but also cultivated a stronger sense of team purpose and facilitated increased skill development across the team, ultimately leading to significant improvements in Design System engagement.
