Guided Experiences

Driven by a user-centred vision, the Guided Experiences initiative aimed to transform legacy tasks across Workday's product suite. This initiative involved a thematic evolution of platform tooling, simplifying decades of intricate business logic and outdated components. We began by addressing a particularly complex product area, establishing processes and learnings that were then applied to streamline simpler tasks across the suite. Through strong collaboration with platform PMs and product teams across the organisation, we delivered impactful experiential improvements and significant platform modernisation.
