This report quantified the user experience of our vehicle tracking app, Reveal. It set a baseline around user focused metrics and gave the product teams a clear definition of minimum acceptable quality.
The Experience Report reports on four key UX metrics:
Design System—how far the product conforms to the Design System.
Accessibility—whether the product can easily be used by users of assistive technologies.
Responsive Design—how usable the web product is on mobile devices.
System Usability Scale—an industry-standard measure of how easy a product is to learn and to use.
